• 13/10/23Pretty good, the edamame was freshly made. It was steaming coming out of the container. Salted to perfection, so yummy. The ramen was good, the noodles were a bit stiff but once i heated the soup up more they became a little better. Love the mushrooms, so flavorful

• 9/12/22Wagyu Shumai were so hard in the middle I had to spit them out. Definitely not eating that.
The Chicken Karaage sauce was good, the breading is tempura-esque so since it's light it came really soggy, but the chicken was cooked well.
The Dog Rice had a ton of meat in it which was nice for the price and the egg was cooked well.

• 20/6/23Their Shoyu Prime had plenty of flavor and the steak, though only a few pieces, was tender and delicious. I appreciate that the soft boiled egg was packaged separately. The Wood Ear Salad had a light spicy kick with a soft yet crunch texture that was satisfying. The only down side was that the Blackberry Refresher tasted like medicine and I couldn't finish it after a few sips. I'm looking forward to ordering from here again.

• 23/3/23Really good and tasty, rich broth but it didn't feel too heavy. Great portion, good meat. It will definitely be in my short list of favorite ramen dishes in Chicago.
