The strips are my favorite and the flavors are delicious, if you only like slightly spicy food then you might want to pass on the spicy here and stick with the other flavors.

I have visited Bonchon restaurants in Maryland, Dallas, and even other parts of Houston, but this location in Katy is the worst I have had . Their wings do not taste like other Bonchon restaurants I have tried from the franchise. Their wings are smaller and have much less sauce/flavoring. Very dry . They always seem to skimp on something. It is frustrating. Even their fries are made differently than others. The food here does not taste the same and it seems less effort is put into the food here.

The seasoned fries were excellent, but the chicken legs were unusually large, and it did not seem right. Beyond the skin, the chicken had no flavor at all. After two bites, the rest went in the trash.
The overall food quality has noticeably declined over time, and unfortunately, this will be the last time I order from here.

I was very disappointed with my meal today. I haven't ordered from bonchon in awhile and the chicken has changed. 17 dollars for some super small chicken that taste like it was frozen. Even the new crunch bowl came with 4 super small pieces of chicken, it was mainly rice, hardly any vegetables. The white rice wasn't even good.

We usually like the chicken here but today the strips are overcooked to the point that it is already bitter and had barely any sauce...the wings are small and dry...the fried rice is missing...not worth the price..soooo disappointing
