Ceviche is amazing!! Fresh, with loads of flavor in every bite!! Isn't swimming in ketchup like some places, this ceviche is in line juice like it's supposed to be, YUM!! And the portion is big enough to be a meal for those health-conscious, like me!! I get it often and I always have left overs!! Really tasty!!

The Fajita Ribeye was overcooked, flavorless, and dry. Ribeye is a choice cut that is supposed to be tender and flavorful, but these fajitas were the opposite of that. The Mexican rice was okay, had an entire chunk of uncooked carrot in it, and the beans were alright. The tortillas were cold, and quite frankly I believe they were pre-packaged and store-bought. Overall, not worth the 28 dollars. I’ve had better fajitas for half the price. Not worth your dollar, or your time.

I was not expecting the side of queso and guacamole, they were excellent, the bag of chips and salsa were spot on, and the Texas Burrito was done perfectly, super full of carnitas.

The Ceviche was delicious as usual! Two of us got it!! But the à la carte Enchilada did not look the photo. It was missing the refried beans and rice. Being only a small enchilada, it was not a good value in my opinion.

The Chile con Queso comes with a bag of chips. It was delicious as always! :) I tried the Beef Fajitas Originales this time, and they were pretty good. It would have been better if I had some tortillas with it (I haven't double checked yet if they were supposed to send add them or not). It did come with some salsa and a bag of chips with them however, so I didn't mind as much. Just that I'll have to eat the pico de gallo and guacamole with a spoon. Can't make a taco.
