the burgers were a little greasy but really good. The queso cheese wedges were really good. You could smell the dry rub buffalo as soon as you opened the lid. They should put a small piece of tinfoil down though because all the cheese was stuck to the cardboard of the container.

The burger was cooked to perfection. Nice size patties. The fries however need some work. They were not fresh.

The Smoked Brisket Burger was divine, and the Double Burger was the best burger in Mobile bar none. This is my new go to burger place.

Honestly, the burger was fantastic. Nice crust on the edge of the smash patty. Highly recommend the hatch chile burger
