This potbelly location used to be my favorite location- but recently it's a hit or a miss depending on who is working that day. Previously my sandwich was ice cold in the middle but the flatbread was hot. Today I ordered the same thing again (this my usual order ) a flatbread prime rib steak , the flatbread was burnt, hard to bit into, not enough meat compared to the standard amount and the steak had alot of fatty pieces and had to keep spitting it out while eating, which I never experienced this before. I'll try this location one more time, but if it's executed this poorly again it will be my last time.

Chicken Salad Salad is amazing and always fresh! Turkey Breast is one of the best sandwiches on the menu.good good-sized portions for all the food!

Skinny turkey poorly assembled. tomatoes were all at the bottom of the sandwich. Ordered regular turkey got most of the at the top of the sandwich with almost nothing at the bottom of the sandwich

While most of the sandwiches are fine, the hot tuna sandwich is one of the most vile things I have ever tasted. Also missing item.

The Loaded Baked Potato was watered down too much. I haven't had Potbelly in years but I remember it to be thicker. Everything else was delicious.
