The Omelette Mosaic with the gluten free waffle and Potato Hash is a longtime favorite and all arrived fresh and warm. A purely decadent treat is the Valrhona Chocolate Mousse paired with a Double Espresso. The mousse is always smooth, balanced, rich in flavor and worth every cent. Highly recommend visiting Mosaic Cuisine for a dine-in experience, but if you need delivery it's just as wonderful enjoyed at home. As a bonus: The delivery packaging are environmentally friendly, sturdy paper products and mindfully packaged for optimal freshness of each item. They clearly care about both the customer's experience and environmental impact. Keep in mind, some menu items are only available through 4-5pm for breakfast and lunch items. After that it's the dinner menu. All delicious! Will keep visiting them in-person and for delivery!!

I absolutely adore the gluten free Belgium waffle with cream and strawberries. They have never made me sick. They are hands down the best texture in a gf waffle I've found. And I'm in a rough part of life. My father is dying. These are what I look forward to in the morning. It's a quiet delicious moment. These are my daily self care. I look forward to having them tomorrow morning.

French onion soup comes with waffle like bread and very little cheese. Yuck to all of it. . Ginger slaw good and not swimming in sauce. .
