I was so disappointed in the Chick-fil-A® Cool Wrap Meal . It was small considering the price for it. Had bigger and better wraps at their competitors. Portion was small, size and amount ofchicken. Usually they are on point with their food, but this was a big let down. Definitely not worth $15+

I was so disappointed maybe it's because I ordered at 2 PM instead of lunchtime. But I ordered two bowls of chicken noodle soup. There was broth, carrots, and celery. I think I found three noodles and one piece of chicken... I have a cold so I ate it anyway the broth tasted good.. very disappointing not had this experience before

Last time it was just a wrong order now it's just a bad wrap, this seems like it was wrapped by someone who never even bothered to watch a 3 minutes video on how to wrap anything. The food is leaking out, by definition that's not wrapped.

Normally I would give this place a Solid 5 stars.. but for some reason tonight's food seemed dried out. Even the Mac and cheese was super dry and usually it is my favorite part of the meal.
I can handle an occasional hiccup because usually the food is top notch for a fast food place. .. let's hope its a one off.

I love the Fruit cup it is perfect every time. The iced tea is alright it's half and half but it tastes more like unsweetened tea. The Cobb salad was good, I am just a little disappointed that it didn't come with the grilled chicken nuggets I asked for.
