I love Tacos El Chuy!!! They are my favorite taco place in Santa Cruz. The vegetarian tacos are phenomenal - they have a very bright flavor which I enjoy, and the avocado is always fresh! Even the tortilla itself is bursting with flavor. Such a great meal for such a cheap price! Love you guys!!

This spot has single handedly gotten me through my last couple quarters of school. My go tos are Taco Tripa, Taco Asada, and Papi Chulo. The asada is always well-seasoned, the tripa is cooked just right, and the Papi Chulo is easily one of my favorite menu items...
I’m graduating in a couple of weeks, and one of the things I’ll genuinely miss is being able to order these delicious and affordable tacos after a long day of classes/studies. This place has been a small but meaningful part of my college experience, and I’ll always associate it with some of my favorite memories from school.
If you’re looking for great tacos and consistently delicious food, I can’t recommend this spot enough. Thank you for helping get me through college one taco at a time! 🌮❤️

The Papi Chulo and Tuesday Tacos were fantastic. Portions were great. Full on so few dollars. Make sure to tip!

I came across this place well I was searching for dinner on DoorDash. It is so delicious!
The first time I ordered three plates and absolutely love them all my favorite are the fish tacos, but really anything from here is above and beyond five stars. It is my new favorite for Mexican food serving size or very generous! ❤️

So soggy and the meat is super dry. Tasted old as if it was sitting in oil all day. And the portion was improper. Will not order from here again.
