my ramen was packaged very securely and arrived hot still. the portion of meat was really good and they gave alot of broth and noodles. the can of coke was cold. i would de order again.

Absolutely amazing job.The packaging,portion size, flavor, all top notch. I travel the country for work and eat ramen everywhere. Just had Ivan Ramen in NYC (see Netflix Chefs Table episode) and this is better.

The Seafood Deluxe Ramen was good. Noodles and broth were absolutely delicious. A few notes are that The restaurant should mention it comes with a rock lobster tail and not a Maine tail. Those have always been extremely fishy. The jumbo shrimp were delicious but the small shrimp that come with it were absolutely disgusting. They were fishy with a side of freezer burn or something and horrible after taste. I had to pick them out. It was a nice portion size though for $36. I would order it again but would leave certain items out for sure and probably not order on DD. It was packaged very securely though and was still warm when it arrived to me. Just think it probably would have been better in store especially with those few adjustments. 5/10

The taste of the broth was very bland and bitter. With a nasty after bite. Going into more depth on the taste of the broth, it tasted burnt, nutty, and onions.The noodles were cold and overcooked. There were a lot of bean sprouts and green onions which did not help the taste. The pork belly was overcooked and possibly old. The only thing that might have been fresh was the egg. Looking at the photo you can tell that I didn't get a lot of broth to fill the bowl even halfway. Overall, when put together completely it didn't look very appetizing. The only thing that was great was the rice that I got.

Tan Tan is an item I would not order again if I am not dinning in. Order was fresh but portions extremely small and not enough liquid provided to call it soup of any kind. The taste was lacking in many ways compared to Tan Tan offered by similar restaurants. In the restaurant spice levels can be adjusted and additions to the ramen are available but for some reason not online. The Ajitsuke Tamago / 味付け玉子 was the only thing worth this online order. Definitely not worth the price. Very disappointing. But go in person!
