• 15/5/26I ordered a yogi chicken ramen and it was tiny. I arrived at the store 20 minutes after ordering and they said it wasn't even in their system. Then I open it and it says to microwave it? I ate it in the park and without a microwave the noodles were very hard. Legitimately less noodles than a cup a noodles. And 1 tiny piece of chicken. Avoid.

• 25/5/26Yuzu Chicken Shio was surprisingly good. First of all, I really liked the noodles — not the typical cheap ramen noodles, but thicker multigrain noodles with a really nice bite to them. The chicken was tender and not dry at all. And finally, the broth was light, refreshing, and not greasy. Definitely something I’d order again.

• 12/8/25the Kaisen Chirashi Don was nothing like the picture. I only got 4 pieces of fish and a tiny, maybe 1/2 tbsp of ikura and 1 tsp of tobiko. For $45, you would think it would have more fish. Afuri used to be good. It's gone down significantly. It makes sense now that the restaurant was empty when I arrived to pick up my order.
The service is also very poor now. When I arrived to pick up my order, the two servers were chatting and didn't help me until the chef inside told them to stop chatting. After one of them confirmed my order, she shoved my order at me and went back to talking to the other server.
It's such a shame. I used to like coming here to eat or ordering take out. I will not be back. It's one thing to get small portions that don't match the price point, but another to be treated so rudely.

• 30/3/25A little disappointed by the quality. It felt a bit like instant noodles with poor toppings. Also it says 2 for 1 for the noodle but in fact the price on the app is double the price in store, so it is not really 2 in 1.
