The quesadillas (tinga) was actually TINGA!! It was a little spicy, tender and seasoned well. Also, the quesadilla were prepared using corn tortillas, as it should be!
This was the first time I'd ever tasted Beef Quesabirria and I was NOT disappointed. The beef was well seasoned, juicy and tender. To top it off, there was so much food,

This isnt the best Hispanic food in Newburgh- it's the best food in Newburgh PERIOD. This restaurant is unbelievable. There is an expert culinary twist on every item. And the prices are low and portions are great! Im legit impressed- and ive worked in both casual and fine dining for 18 years! Phenomenal!

Beef quesabirria is absolutely delicious , it looked amazing , smelled amazing and tasted heavenly , I didnt hold back at all and wasted no time taking these bad boys down. Everything was delicious , this is my second time and everything great both times <3 :) the sauce is the best birria sauce ive ever tasted

Excellent food every single time. Quality and quantity does not waver. One of the best restaurants in Newburgh. Will continue to order again and again. Brisket tacos are delicious. Chips and guac are fresh EVERY time.

The taco was good. The meat was full of flavor and had a lil kick. I'm happy that the onion and cilantro was fresh. Disappointed they forgot to add the cheese and the meat was a little bit salty.
