my door dash driver was quick funny an updated me along their way.
the food was great, fresh made right, nothing missing and bag was completely sealed tight to keep it hot!
both driver an wendys 10 out 10!

The food quality has really suffered lately. The large fry was half empty and cold / chewy. Absolutely disgusting. They never put lettuce on the burgers anymore, and the bun was soggy and gross. Will not order from here again.

Burger was disgusting, tomato hard, lettuce rotten and paddy thin as paper. Ordered a Poutine and they put no cheese curds in it. Went to the store for a refund for the poutine and told me we had to go though door dash. Will never order from or return.

Poor customer service. I went to pickup my order around 9:20 pm and they had the order but according to them it was under someone else's name. I showed them the app and everything and they were clearly not serious and staff was laughing and was taking it as a joke. Unprofessional staff.

the bag was stapled and when i got home, i found 2 buns with chicken and onions. my order states add ketchup, mustard etc. not kidding, one lonely piece of onion as topping. who does that?
