The flavor was good on everything, but far too fatty and dripping in oil. The duck was very tasty, but they didn't remove the fat from the skin. The pancakes were perfection. The spare ribs had great flavor, but needed to be cooked longer to render the fat and make the meat easier to remove. Again, the egg rolls tasted good, but literally dripped oil when picked up.

The 宮保Kung Pao was bland. Had no spice, felt like a generic brown sauce, and the bell peppers (odd addition) were cut too large. The 炒飯Fried Rice was also bland. The Egg Roll (2) were pretty good though.

Fried rice was almost no taste. Eggroll was a little greasy eggplant is always good. Egg drop is two yellow colors. It's OK

Fantastic Cantonese style Chinese food. Food was generously portioned, hot, fresh and delicious. Great service, very friendly. definitely recommended, I will return!
