It just wasn't that good for the price they are charging. The salad had bits of red lettuce, the carbonara literally had pieces of egg told in it. I know egg is used in the sauce but yikes that's so unappetizing. At least u can never go wrong with chicken parm

Forget an item from my order, and blamed on DoorDash. Ordered a $20 Ciao Salad (with chix), and lets just say it was a side salad. I live in the area, and they lost my business. A simple, I am sorry, I missed that was all I was looking for. Overpriced and underdelivered.

First time ordering here. Way ovepriced for the amount and quality of food you get. The Cipriani was barely anything and extremely bland for the price. They either forgot to put the dressing on the Pear Salad or in the bag. It was completely dry and no dressing to be found. The 4 tiny meatballs and a single thin sliver of toasted bread was very miniscule for the price and the flavor was too overpowering for me. My tab without tip was over $75 for this. I ended up throwing most of it away.

Service is horrible and leaves much to be desired. This is based on multiple visits to this place. I would love to like this place but the attitudes and lack of service are unbearable. 10/10 would not recommend spend your time and money some place that values your patronage and support of their business.
