• 26/9/24Saigon Maxim always delivers some of the best flavor packed Satay Beef Noodle Soup / Phở Sa Tế Bò in the city. The rice Vermicelli Grilled Beef Satay & Spring Rolls / Bún Sa Tế, Bò, Chả Giò always comes with a great flavor and well portioned.

• 2/4/25the number 29. wor 29. Wor Wonton Soup / Hoành Thánh Rau Cải, Tôm, Mực, Thịt is my favorite in the city! with sate broth, it is delicious. comes with sprouts. Wontons ate flavorful. Best wor wonton hands down!

• 1/9/26Saigon Maxim used to be my go to for seafood pho. As much as I love it, the portion sizes have become very skimpy. There is barely any seafood now! 2 pieces of crab meat, 3 pieces of squid, 4 shrimps, and no more scallops! Definitely disappointed.
