I think Island Vibe's kava is one of the best in the area, and I've been a fan of theirs for a few years now.
The kavatenders are awesome and the kava drinkers are as well. Great music and relaxing vibe.

order was wrong. when I tried calling nobody answered after 4 x of calling! I got ice t and ordered hot tea. the ht tea is more money!!!!
