The Black garlic Ramen is the best Ramen I've ever had in my entire life. it's perfectly flavorful without being overly salty or drowned out with too many toppings. every bowl of Ramen that I have is compared to this Ramen and I've yet to find one I enjoy more. the gyoza are also delicious and come in a large portion. the cart owner/chef is also the nicest person ever and very communicative if he is out of something.

I order the Maze-Soba at least once a week now. The noodles are perfectly bouncy and so delicious. The Pan-Fried Gyoza are crunchy in all the right places and melt in your mouth. Cant say enough good things about this place.

I've now tried all the different ramens, the gyoza, and the maze-soba and everything is sooo fresh, flavorful, and delicious! The black garlic ramen is my fav of the ramens, and my go-to dish overall is the maze-soba... something about the combo of thick chewy noodles with the crispy salty pork, garlic mayo, and veggies... a perfect bowl of comfort. It's the kind of dish you dream about for days after eating it. The pan-fried gyoza are also the best I've had in PDX. I could eat a bowl of those alone.
In summary: order anything from Senyo and you and your tastebuds will be happy.

Garden Ramen I was not a fan of the spring mix. The corn tasted like it was scooped out of a can still had that water taste to it.
But the Goza... I would order just that as a meal.

Such a small amount of broth, didnt even cover the noodles. The picture is also not at all what it looks like.
