I usually like Ongi, but I noticed today that my entire bowl was covered with burnt bits and tasted really horrible. I don't know if they scraped the grill to cook or however, but it was really unpleasant today. Please improve

the bowl was okay, but the sauces (kimchi aioli and ssamjang aioli) didnt taste like much at all, so i ended up having to add my own sauces at home. i also got a poached egg w my bowl and it was not cooked nearly enough. it was still mostly raw and was buried under the veggies so i was digging out bits of half cooked egg white while eating. tofu was dry and flavorless. the add one were good (tho i wish there were more).

I love this place and ive been here many times but this recent order I placed for pickup on DoorDash was a bad experience for me. When I arrived my food was not behind the counter but on the rack and I ordered a large with 3 meats but there was barely any of the meat and not the vegetables that I requested. The food had a very sour oniony taste for some reason and i always usually order the same thing but it doesnt taste like that. Again, i really love this place but this experience was disappointing.
