• 21/6/25The 4 Pieces Wings order that was received was cold and had no real flavor or seasoning. To be honest, it was the worst fried wings I have ever had. the 4pc Fried Mushroom were the best part of my order; however, they were very small, about the size of a quarter. I won't order from Royal

• 15/12/23I'm disappointed. The taste is still great (minus the coleslaw) but the size of the food has drastically changed which is very disappointing. I ordered the 12 piece fillet and the pieces were very skimpy and I received a handful of French fries. I bought this to share with my family but there is not enough for my family versus when I've ordered previously

• 10/10/23Inconsistent!! When I first started eating here my two piece would have a super fresh leg and thigh with soft dinner roll. Lately when I order, I'm given old chicken that they feel can be compensated by given extra pieces. My order last night was consisted of 4 old pieces of chicken but I would've much rather 2 fresh pieces. Also my roll was very stiff in comparison to its typical softness. I highly recommend only pickup and actually check your food. That was my mistake for not doing so!

• 9/7/24The fried chicken was the best I've had in a long time. Not a fan of the whole catfish. Over fried and barely any meat on the bone. And, no tarter sauce for a whole fried fish? Smh! I'll order the fried chicken again but have my own jalapeño peppers. Giving 2 thin sliced rings of jalapeño is like not having any at all. And for your customer's safety and sense of security, please staple them to go bags. Even McDonald's secures the outgoing meals.
