chicken was fresh and juicy, the fried okra was good... definitely will be ordering again!!

My gravy was all over the bottom of my bag. My French fries were soggy and so we're my biscuits. Due to the gravy being all over the bottom, when I picked up one of the chicken boxes. all of my chicken fell on the floor.

Meh...3 piece 3PC Chicken meat was very rubbery. Mashed potatoes were decent. Apparently, the girl at the counter who gave my order to DoorDash kept telling them I never ordered a sweet tea but I did. I highly suggest training your team better.

IDK how you screw up an order so much but this resulted in ~$10 in refunds. Missing fries, got cheese puffs(sliver of jalapeno in them), missing cheesecake, missing sauce. Im shocked the biscuit was in there.

Chicken & sides are always good, arrived warm. But their prices are ridiculously HIGH! We can only order from them once every few months.
