Excellent Italian staples prepared thoughtfully and you can tell the ingredients are fresh. This generous restaurant not only provides a 25% discount at their expense, they also included a huge order of pasta, salad and about 5 pounds of bread in my latest order.

The chopped salad did not taste fresh and I couldn't eat it, lettuce was clearly old. The side salad with the penne vodka had about six pieces of lettuce total. Penne vodka was also disappointing. The grilled salmon side with the chopped salad was the only good part of the meal.

If you havent given Chef Rudy a try, I strongly suggest you do. All of his ingredients are fresh and dishes are flavorful. If you enjoy eggplant other than fried, try this. Fresh tomato, basil and the eggplant is cooked perfectly. For any special requests , if he can do it, he will accomodate. Enjoy! !

The portion was quite small,,given the relatively high price. While the quality is good, I've gotten better value at Peppino's (for example). If you are truly a lasagna lover, as I am, you must economize!
