EC's always has good food especially the fish! You get more than you can eat at one sitting so there's plenty for the next night! The sides are delicious and the green veggies (collards & green beans) are cooked with Turkey wings NOT pork! Just what the doctor ordered!!!

The Steamed Salmon Fillet with Seasoning
was cooked and seasoned perfectly. The portion was large enough to split into 2 servings and it was juicy. (Pic shows 1/2 of the whole serving)
The Fried Salmon Dinner Platter had 4 nice portions of fried salmon that were nice and juicy. They could use some more seasoning. The yams and string beans were well-seasoned.

Absolutely delicious. Mac and cheese was moist and cheesy, greens had a lot of flavor, and catfish was seasoned and fried perfectly. Also A LOT of food for the price. Easily shareable. I'll definitely order again.

We ate a full dinners d there's plenty left over for another or two meals.
They make the best green beans cooked with smoked turkey. No pork! Yeah for us healthy eaters!

Chicken leg and thigh dinner with potato salad and collard greens. The platter came with 2 legs (no thigh) the chicken was bland the potatoes were overcooked so they were mashed potato salad and the greens had no seasoning. For the price they charge for these platters they have to do better. Very disappointing!
