Miso is large and delicious-more like a vegetable broth than miso broth but it is still very good

• 10/3/26The Rainbow Roll was large and beautifully made. The Negi Saba was very good and the mackerel tasted very fresh. I supplemented with brown rice and it was a little dry but I enjoyed having the option, as I'm on a very restricted diet. The Sake nigiri was a show stopper and absolutely delicious. You also get a large quantity of Miso Soup (Vegetable Broth)for the price. The prices are a little high but well worth it in value.

• 2/11/23Overcooked meat, way too much rice in the cucumber roll. Unappealing unseasoned boiled or steamed veggies. Overall it tasted okay though. I wouldn't throw it out and I don't think many would but spending $25 for overcooked meat and pallid vegetables was kinda disappointing.

• 6/6/24We had taken a break after being disappointed in the quality for a while. And tonight was all over. The Rainbow Roll was not at the level I expected from here (little fishy and dry) but the Sake (6) was nice quality after a while of sub-par sashimi. My partner was happy with the Beef Udon.
