{ The Dank Beef } is AMAZING! The beef is melt-in-your-mouth tender, the cheese sauce is delicious, and dunking the sandwich in the au jus makes the pretzel roll the perfect texture for an all around awesome sandwich! The guy was very fast in getting my order ready for delivery, and the order was 100% exactly what I ordered (a rarity nowadays, unfortunately). The small menu has allowed the owner to perfect every item. I 110% reccomend, and I will be back again and again!! Unfortunately I don't have any photos to add. Fat kid + gooey cheese and hot beef = Nom nom.....burp.🤣

Super salty and even though I ordered extra beef, it didn't feel like much if any extra was added. At $26 for a 6inch sandwich (they charge extra for garnishments and au jus) , I just cant agree that the quality or quantity is worth it. The cheddar sauce is also overtly salty.

I saw the post on Reddit about trying this place from the owner and decided to give them a second shot. My order was done much more quickly this time and arrived hot. I was surprised to see the cheese sauce that I got with the { Pretzel Sticks {3} & Dip {1} were cold. { The OG } was terrific but bread to filling ratio could use a little work or could maybe use some more au jus to soften up the inside a bit more to make it a more manageable size for eating.

The dank beef was nice and flavorful. It was juicy and the bun has a nice chew. I wish the sandwich had jardinaire I don't think it should be an extra charge with this type of sandwich

Didn't see any other reviews for this place and as a fan of beef I figured I'd try it and be the first.
Pretty generous portions of beef on my { Italian Beef Sliders {2} will try the regular sandwich next time, but these were easier to dip.
The side "peppers" and whatnot are a little bit expensive but this isn't subway, and most people will probably only want 1 or 2 things so it's fair. I do recommend paying the $1 to add auju gravy tho. The gravy was actually some of the best of this type that I've had in a while.
Overall, I think that while being a niche spot, they do have pretty good sandwiches and I'll probably try it again when I crave this type of sandwich.
