My favorite place to get Chinese food. I’ve lived in NYC and St Louis and have never found garlic sauce as good as theirs. It’s thinner- not the thick syrupy type that a lot of places have. Love to dip my broccoli in it!!

I used to love Lakeview, but since the new owners its not consistently good. The wait times are crazy. My sweet and sour sauce was cold therefore being more of a jelly. They also seem to really skip out on the size of th sweet and aour sauce. The dumpling sauce was pretty salty more than normal.

I like this place. I had Kung Pai Chicken and fried rice which was tasty. Delivery was a little slow (over an hour), but I guess when you are cooking things fresh it takes a while and that is OK. My biggest complaint is that their Doordash menu is messed up when it comes to sizes. For example, if you order Won Ton Soup, like I did, it costs $5.55. You can then select Regular or Large, but the Regular should be setup to add $0 when you select it like the Large charges $3 when you select it. Instead, Regular costs an extra $5.55 so you can't order a Regular for $5.55, it doubles the cost to $11.10. The Roast Pork with Broccoli is $9.95, but when you order a Regular portion, it adds an additional $9.95 to the cost. Again, the Regular should be marked as an additional $0, not an additional $9.95. For many items you can't order Regular size without doubling the price. Through this menu, it's cheaper to order a large because you can't order Regular without it doubling the price.

Prices aren't bad, food was pretty good. But the service was great. Other similar restaurants charge a few dollars more for the same items I noticed.

I orderedhe 2. General Tso's Chicken the flavor was fine. but the breading was not crispy and I could taste flowery grittyness. the portion was decent. just didn't seem all that fres. won't order again.
