Ordering at 10:49am, I thought I might be able to still get a few relatively fresh-ish donuts, but apparently not. I'd so much rather be told there aren't any donuts left than be sold old, hard, and kind of sweaty/wet donuts. If the quality of any product is no longer saleable as fresh, then the product should be put in the garbage rather than sold to customers. I guess I learned a lesson, but it makes me wonder what other less-than-optimal views are taken by employees and managers toward selling old food to customers, so I really doubt I'll be ordering anything again. I'll make the trip to local privately owned and operated donut shops instead where the concept of customer retention matters and I'm not being sold garbage as food.
