Delicious rolls with fresh tasting fish. The salmon and avocado were both good quality and I like the fact that you get 10 pieces vs 6 or 8 at other places. Wait times may be a bit longer if short staffed that say, so keep that in mind and order well ahead! Worth the wait IMO.

So I used to never like sushi. but my wife finally convinced me to try it and I thought it was okay. Fast forward to a couple years ago, we move to upstate New York and find this lovely little sushi and ramen shop. The sushi is excellent,from the simple California rolls to the specials like the Crazy Salmon, it is all hand made fresh before your eyes, and delicious. for those who need a heartier meal, their Tonkatsu Ramen is succulent, with roasted pork, bamboo shoots, corn, and an egg filling out the noodle soup. my wife and I order from here regularly, and we have never been disappointed by the Fuse.

I have not ordered the Miso Ramen  here in a while, I've been loving the rice bowls. But this was not the ramen that I got the many times I ordered it. It looked half compared to pictures of ive taken in the past. Not only that but the pork has never looked like this before. it appears dry, aged,  tiny thin slices. doesnt look fresh at all compared to usual. Meat looks old. I hope i did not receive leftovers because there was a $10 discount on there. that discount is given when you spend $100 here, so this was disappointing.

We have been to many sushi places in CNY and the Fuse always comes out on top. Their sushi is always fresh and well prepared.

Every time I order the crunchy California roll from The Fuse, it is always fresh and flavorful. It's a great value for the portion size you get. I'm always satisfied and will order again and again from them!
