The Large Tropichop® Bowls were very tasty , the churrasco steak was nice and tender , the chicken crispy just as indicated.. the rest is always very good !!!

½ Chicken Platter – Rice & Beans - 86g of Protein had no flavor. Restaurant forgot my sauces. Pollo's Chicken Soup - Bowl had not ONE piece of chicken in it.

Usually my orders are really good, tasty , good portions. Today I ordered lunch the taste was not that great, it was cold, portion was very little. Worst part I was missing the bananas which were quite pricey (not good enough for me). I paid over $20.00 that's even worse. Not going to order again. Very disappointing and frustrating, especially when you're hungry.
That's all I have to say

Put like 4 pieces of chicken in the Regular Tropichop® Bowl. Normally dont complain about pollo tropical but that was crazy. Drinks were luke warm and bottom of bag was wet. It broke on the driver when she came to deliver
