My drink came looking plain with not even a hit of taro. It has an unknown brown substance at the bottom

I ordered the #9 the 9. Boba+Taro+Taro Pudding+Cream Mousse.
It was mostly milk and ice. Did not taste at all like Taro or I don't think it was any Taro in my drink. The boba was very squishy possibly old. Very disappointed. Didnt even tried to finish my drink.

Got Thai Milk Tea with oat milk. could barely taste the Thai tea it just tasted like oat milk with syrup.
