The Pollo Endiablado / Deviled Chicken is my favorite, spicy with flavor. Love this spot, food always tastes great

They could have done a better job just grilling the meat more. I've tried this twice and the skin is soggy. I dunno maybe I'm asking for too much? The bbq sauce was so generic. The eldiablo sauce again generic.
