Absolutely delicious. I've always loved Carrabba's, but they've upped the stakes with their new sandwich line at lunch. Chicken parm on foccacci bread is fantastic. A friend got the Italian and said it's delicious. What's crazy is it's cheaper than getting a sub sandwich from several of the sandwich places, and it is SO much better. I got the penned pomodoro with mine. She got a Caesar salad with hers.
Next time, I'm trying the Marsala steak sandwich. Can't wait.

NEW! Bruschette Chicken Sandwich is INCREDIBLE. My co-worker & I both got it. I got mine with Mama Mandila's chicken soup & she got a Caesar salad. Both are delicious. Carrabba's has always been fantastic. I love the sandwich options. We've tried nearly all of them & you can't go wrong.

Every is typically really good and great value. One exception is the House Salad I ordered for the first time with no carrots or pepperocinis. It is NOT worth $7+ A salad the cost half the price of a sandwich, cup of soup, cookie and drink plus bread should at least come in a full container.

Third is the second time I've been underwhelmed by carabbas sandwich bistro. I ordered the Caprese Sandwich Bundle which looked great in pix. There was barely any cheese on it and no pesto. The bread was burnt. Very disappointing. Would not order again.

NEW! Chicken Parmesan Sandwich was a pleasant surprise! Lightly breaded so you can really taste the chicken. Just enough sauce - it isn't dry but it's not so overloaded with sauce to make anything soggy.
