INCREDIBLE east coast style chinese food. tastes like home. perfectly sticky sweet sauced, tender sesame chicken. rice included! and crispy crab rangoons with a tasty filling and sweet & sour sauce. egg drop soup is the perfect texture and good amount of tender egg and veggies.

Coming from the East coast, this is the only CA Chinese food I have found to be even close to as good as East coast Chinese food. I don't bother with any other place since CJ is so consistent and fresh tasting.

So what you're getting here is excellent food, from some chefs that definitely deserve props (and a raise), at a great price. The reason I give it five stars? I've never had the food under/over cooked and the seasoning is just excellent for an all around great price. Five-star value.
