Bo bites overcooked not edible, very hard! First time experiencing this, normally they are cooked perfectly! Not sure if I will try them again!

I ordered grilled chicken sandwich and paid extra to make it a club with side of cole slaw and got this. No utensils, straw, nor napkins were included. Very disappointed.
