I was never really a big fan of dal makhani, but after trying it at Rani, it’s officially become my go-to. Now, every time I’m there, I order it — and even at home, it’s my default choice. The aloo tikki chaat was amazing! You can genuinely taste the quality — the ingredients feel fresh and thoughtfully sourced.
