The curry brisket could use a bit more brisket and sauce for the amount of rice.

Chicken Feet 豉汁蒸鳳爪 and Spare Pork Ribs 豉汁蒸排骨 were not that great. The chicken feet were slimy could have been fried more. The pork ribs could have be cooked more too.

The chicken is way too dry and not much flavor. Also, it's missing authentic sweet and chili sauce for this meal. Really disappointed!
