Shockingly good cakes on both counts, and I have backup from a family member who HASN'T been eating gluten-free for two years. The Strawberry-champagne Cheesecake (Gluten Free) was somehow both light and rich, with great flavour; the Cake au Chocolat was small but dense, rich, and wonderfully chocolatey. There are a lot of terrible gluten-free desserts in this world; these are not two of them.

We ordered the Gourmet Cheese Sticks , Chicken Fingers (Hormone Free) and Cake au Chocolat. Everything was delicious and filling. The Plum Sauce for the chicken is yummy. The pasta and bruschetta sauce for the cheese sticks was homemade and absolutely divine. All the portion sizes (including sauces) are generous. The Chicken Fingers (Hormone Free) are full of ACTUAL CHICKEN, non-greasy and taste super fresh. ( I usually make everything home made and buy hormone free myself, therefore I LOVE knowing my restaurant food is safe to consume)
Since my child is acutely Celiac, has Crohn's and Ulcerative Colitis we are VERY CAREFUL when we eat out. THIS IS our go to. We all love the taste and variety. The owners are kind. We have been loyal customers for 4 years now, since we happily discovered Avatara.

12" Margherita Pizza (Half) was the highlight of my order, for me it was a 7/10. The Mac & Cheese was terrible-- I'm so sorry, that's my opinion. The cheese wasn't even melted and the noodles were so overcooked I doubted if noodles were even present in the dish. They were mush. I know dairy free cheese can be tricky, but my regular brand from the grocery store melts. Flavour was very playdoughy as well. I was so sad! Cake au Chocolat was very dry. As if it had been made days ago. Texture was crumbly and reminded me of an expired hostess chocolate cupcake. Overall I'm thankful there's a gluten free dedicated food option but my experience was less than mediocre. Very sad. I hope my feedback can be constructive:)

Great to have gluten-free dedicated place. The pizza is always generously topped and the crust is great!

It seems they are using unfrozen precooked dough, or at least it tasted so, also topping slides off
