Second order in 2 weeks. Still good in taste, tho I lost 1/3 of my matcha and it's all over the other 2 cups and the bag. Not well packaged this time. 3 cups in a 2-cup holder, 3rd cup floating. It's packaged in a way that's hard not to spoil and it's definitely not all dasher's fault. Will order again but I hope the packaging is better handled next time.

Very disappointed. The entire cup of drink is basically ice even if I've already asked for less ice. Lowest ROI given the price.

Very disappointing experience.
I ordered a drink that traditionally does not include boba, but the system automatically added boba and charged extra unless manually removed.
Charging customers for add-ons they didn’t actively select is not reasonable.

The order was ready 20 minutes late than the pickup time (50 minutes after order was placed). The staff told that the doordash pickup time is wrong but did not provide any evidence. I waited in store for very long and the staff never attempted to solve the issue.
