An amazing plac…
The string beans and Mapo Tofu are the closest thing to Chengdu we have had. Really appre that you can modify to make it spicy and veg friendly. A favorite of ours!

Got the jjajangmyeon, which was cheaper than at other restaurants. Pros: generous amount of shrimp; nice amount of kick; packaged neatly. Cons: only one napkin for a relatively messy food; sauce didn't really taste like jjajangmyeon, i.e., not that salty black bean flavor, so it didn't hit the spot; it almost had a subtle taste of Chinese takeout, like sweet and sour chicken. I would pay the extra $4 to get jjajangmyeon from a real Korean restaurant next time.

When we first ordered from them, they had the best Ho fun and beef in the city, but it seems with time they have lost their quality and cheapened out on their ingredients. Last time everything tasted flavorless and they also changed their beef ho fun. Had high hopes of having my go to spot, yet alas they had to change. Pass on this spot.

Crab rangoons were burnt, wantons too oniony, and I don’t know if they’ve ever had General Tso’s Chicken before because they don’t seem to know how to make it. Overall just not very good.

The food was ok. I checked mild spice for the Mapo Tofu and it was really spicy. The Red curry was good, but not enough veggies.
