My Neighbor Felix is an excellent restaurant.
The Braised Short Rib enchiladas were delicious. The meat itself was stringy but tender and very tasty. The guajillo sauce had a good heat level.
The refritos were slightly runny but flavorful and spicy.
The Flautas De Chorizo had way too much shredded lettuce and there was more potatoes than chorizo, but they were still tasty.
