The Hook and ladder was wonderful with a garlic wheat bread was awesome, the Italian was wonderful fresh and hot good job.

I called and made modifcations and they got every single thing correct. The sandwich was so good and fresh. The cookie touched my spirit lol the middle of the cookie was so moist and the outer was crunchy. I was mad I didnt get two.

this si the 2nd timetrying this place and both times the entire sandwich was a soggy gumpy mess that fell apart. my sandwich lithrall dripped into the container. I had already soaked up a lot of the liquid before I took the pice. the sliver of pickle was half dried up and wilted. my daughters sandwich was soggy and fell apart too and her floppy pickle sliver was pathetic as well.

Seems like poor quality food items. The banana peppers were pale and bland. Meat was extremely over cooked and dry. Bottom bread was so soggy it stuck to the paper. It doesn't taste like anything and the meat again is so dry it's like chewing sand. There is only two sliver of onion on the entire sandwich and an overload of mayo. I would think that they had something against me.

First time trying firehouse... definitely not Jersey! I had to add my own condiments & topping ...& how you let Jimmy out toast you?! Expensive for no reason.
