Absolutely the very best Carne Asada you can get at any Mexican restaurant within a 100 mile radius. They use skirt steak that is so tender and juicy, not like other restaurants' Carne Asadas which are always dry and chewy! You can pick from a house made mole or a spicy chipotle sauce. I've been ordering from this restaurant since 1997 and it's always consistent and always delicious!
