If this were the usual 5 star rating, I would give Hummus Republic 3 stars. First, I will say that the food was tasty. The reason for the negative review: this meal took an hour to arrive. And it was not because of the driver. The driver had to wait close to 20 minutes after arrival for the food to be done. The shawarma bowl consisted of all pre-made foods, with a majority of the meal being cold veggies. Veggies were fresh. No time needed for cooking. The meat arrived cold. I ordered side of falafel...they arrived cold & without the usual side of tahini. The portion was small. I would say 1/2cup shawarma, 1 cup of rice, standard scoop of the hummus, plenty of veggies,

Greek Gyro Garden Bowl and Fusion Bowl was not filled like in the pictures. Tastes good, but for the price, the Bowl should be filled.

probably the best food i've had in a while. first time trying and will definitely order again. ton of food for the price, fresh and flavorful. street style fries were amazing

I expected more for what I paid. I spent an extra dollar for grape leaves in my bowl and I got 1. I paid an extra dollar for the fried eggplant and got 1 piece. the beets were canned. disappointed.
