I am completely blown away. Finally a $$/$$$ that justifies the price with QUALITY. Worth every penny for what a layered and complex journey these dishes took me on. STK House Meatloaf was gigantic and literally the best meat loaf I have ever had in my entire life. if you like French onions soup, this is for you. the veggies and mashed potatoes were a symphony of flavors and the perfect co-stars. Double Down was basically a 5 star version of In-n-out California style burgers and was so incredible. Medium rare perfectly achieved, subbed for jack cheese and it was heavenly, waffle fries were plain which wasn't a problem because the potatoes were so naturally tasty. Fried Pickles were lightly battered but packed incredible flavor, the pickles were still firm, soft, and juicy and the ranch was incredible as well. I would eat here every week if I could afford to. Bravo team, you absolutely showed how much you love food with this order.

Bistro Filet Tips very good, Crispy Tenders W/Fries is like getting 2 full chicken dinners. The Fish N Chips would have been good but the cole slaw was not in a cup and everything in the box was soaked and kind of gross from it.

Mozzarella sticks came over a bed of shredded iceberg lettuce. Don't really understand why, even in-house. Not a good idea for takeout. The lettuce got really soggy and smelled bad; stuck on the cheese sticks and ruined the dish. Made the crunchy part of the sticks soggy on the bottom. Chicken tenders and fries were really good and I was pleased that they gave me 2 sides of ranch! Spinach dip was packaged very well and tasted great, and the fried pita. I have also had the saganaki, patty melt burger, southwest egg rolls, and nachos that have all been above average!

First off all, let me say that my wife and I love Art & Jake's. We've been several times as a couple and also a large group. The service has always been solid. The portions are generous. The prices are fair. And, they've hit a billion TVs to catch all you favorite sporting events. We haven't had a bad meal at the actual restaurant. The menu is expansive with almost too many dishes that sound delicious so it's always a tough choice but each one has been a winner...until now.
Our order was processed and delivered well before the estimated time which was great.
I got the Chicken Bella which was good but didn't stay hot which made it less enjoyable.
My wife got the meatloaf. The portion was massive but the quality this time was subpar at best. As you can see by the photo, somehow they managed to burn it. Some pieces were hard and very dried out. The mushroom gravy was pretty good but maybe a little too garlicky and that's coming from a garlic lover. They shouldn't have let that meal leave the kitchen and we would've gladly waited a few extra minutes for them to get it right.
So, while we enjoy Art & Jake's, they let us down this time.

2nd time tryingfish. complained 1st time that batter wassuper thick and uncooked through. tried again asking to cook well.still super thickbatter and uncooked dough. nasty. wafflefries al so not cooked nd Coleslaw put in wthfishand fries and everythingwas soaked in coleslaw dressing. was an awful $30 worth of food.
