10/10 Absolutely delicious!
I’ve been searching for a really good soul food spot ever since I moved to Raleigh, and after trying a few places, Raleigh Soul is hands down my favorite!
My daughter ordered the Sticky Ribs with mac and cheese and greens, and she loved the ribs! I stole a few bites of her greens and immediately asked for some because they were THAT good! 😂
I ordered the Fried Salmon Platter with mac and cheese, yams, and cabbage, plus the Honey Butter Cornbread. Every single thing was seasoned so well. The salmon was crispy on the outside, flaky on the inside, and absolutely delicious. The cabbage was full of flavor, the mac and cheese was creamy, the yams were sweet and perfectly cooked, and that honey butter cornbread was the perfect finishing touch.
The portions were generous, everything tasted fresh, and you can tell the food is made with love. I’ll definitely be ordering again. Raleigh Soul has earned a loyal customer!

I've never tried fried salmon or Rasta pasta before so I want to be fair. The pasta was sweet and spicy with like a slight nutmeg or cardamom flavor and the fried salmon was impressive.
I would try the salmon again on its own, if possible.
I could tell this dish was made with love.
I received a huge portion and it was very hot and fresh.

Gave me ALL drums. To add, they are salty as heck and barely have any sauce. Asked for peas and rice and they have us yellow rice. And I'm not sure they were running out of Mac and cheese or what but the amount they gave barely covered the bottom of the little compartment it was in. Meals definitely were t worth the price.

Visiting from DC I alwaysmake sure to get some soulfood while in Raleigh and I just found my new fav‼️‼️The porkchop dinner was delicious very well seasoned, mac and cheese good and the yams amazing. The Casimigos sweet chilli wings are amazing,as for the oxtail huge portion for a side. Mines were okay at best I'll definitely return for the other items and try some new items as well 🔥🔥🔥

The Cajun turkey wing plate was amazing!! I would give it 6 stars if I could. Got it with the mac and cheese and yellow rice. It was very flavorful and well seasoned. Already counting down the seconds before I can order it again. A must try.
