Wow for a really expensive meal, it was beyond terrible. Just get uchi - it's always good. This was terrible. Just no on the Wagyu Short Rib nigiri. Maybe in person it's better but it was tough and terrible. I thought it would be safe because it was sous vide but no. Also the ceviche was inedible. And ceviche is one of my favorite foods. The choice of fish was terrible - tough.

The barbacoa dumplings were dry. Nothing tasted fresh.
