The Focaccia bread is out of this world, no other bread i have ever had compares. The Ischia, though very simple, is such an enjoyable experience, especially if you get the Pistachio Pesto on it. My mother frequently gets the Caruso, and the arugula on it is always fresh and crisp.
As far as deserts go, every single one of them is a winner. They have a Lemon Mousse cake and it is the lightest and airiest cake you will ever try. Not too sweet, just enough to top off a great meal. The Tiramisu is exactly what you want out of a real Tiramisu. Not overly sweet like how so many other places make it. Their other pastries and sweets are just as amazing. Ive had the lobster tail pastry and that rocks. The croissants also rock. Cant wait to try more from M'ama Napoli, and I suggest you get to work trying their food as well!

I literally just got back from Italy and this sandwich hit the exact same way it did there. Holy crap 10000000/10 will absolutely order again. Extremely fresh ingredients, traveled well and quite a huge sandwich.

Absolutely delicious! The Sofia was huge. Could have shared with someone. was fresh and three bread was perfectly soft inside and a light crispy outside.The Bombolone was light and not too sweet. the Lobster Tail was such a wonderful crunch with a very sweet inside. Will definitely order from here again. 100% 👍

As a Chicago Italian, I cannot say enough positive things about M'ama Napoli. Every thing I have ordered has been delicious, reasonably priced, well made and well portioned. Most recently, I brought pastries for my coworkers (sfogliatelle , cannoli, and a strawberry cream Lobster Tail), Cappuccino Pistachio and the Toto stuffed foccacia for myself for lunch.
Both my coworkers went over to pick up their own lunch that very day-- another Toto and a Caruso-- and we decided to make it a regular thing on our shifts. It really is just that good!!
There is no Italian that I've tried locally that even comes close. The portions are huge and fairly priced, the food is clearly fresh and there's so much care put into every order.
I am so grateful to have discovered M'ama Napoli. I want to spread the word everywhere because I hope they become a long term mainstay here!

This is my second time having M'ama Napoli. The first time, I had the Sofia, which was incredible. I love the pistachio spread! This time, I got the Maradona, which is just as delicious. Very generous with the greens, lol. The bottled San Benedetto- Iced Tea came nice and cold.My mom tried to fight me for the pistachio Bombolone!!! The filling isn't as sweet as the cannoli i had from here before. It has a mild flavor but is very rich and satisfying.
