coffee bean just doee it better. Their coffee is well rounded and has no bitter after taste and all of their muffins, pastries have been phenomenal in taste.

Their matcha is so good. Got it with oat milk and cream cap (that's what they call their cold foam) 10/10 so creamy

I’ve had issues before—sometimes with drivers, other times with the orders. This time, the toast is not edible at all; it’s very hard, and the avocado isn’t ripe. Honestly, I would rather go to the Coffee Bean myself, but I’m sure they won’t accept a return or replacement since the order was placed through a third party.
I would really appreciate help resolving this.

The pumpkin Dry Iced Americanos|Pumpkin Dry Iced Americano™ drink is so good it's a tad bit too sweet but that was my fault for not adjusting it but wow it's amazing and I would definitely order again.
