I absolutely love this place! I wasn’t too sure how a takeout Ramen restaurant would be. But they take good care in plating your food and keeping your broth separate. I got the Tokotsu broth, which is outstanding. The Black Garlic is delicious too. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Pleasantly surprised after being nervous of what a to-go ramen order would look/taste like. 
Mega Pork had great portions and the BOGO on it was a great price. Broth was good and not too salty. Everything was fresh and prepared well.

Spring Rolls (3) were crispy and nice, really enjoyed them. 
Pork Steamed Bun (2) were meh, I wouldn't order them again but they weren't bad. Just nothing to write home about.

This year, I really wanted to find some amazing local places and this is 100% it. I picked up my food a little late, and even a little cold (100% my doing) it was delicious. The ramen was some of the best I have ever had. For one, it was packaged perfect, with the noodles and topping separate from the broth, so nothing was soggy. Even with me driving home later, my veggies were crisp. The broth was velvety and full of flavor! I did the buy one, get one items, so we walked away with a ton of food for a great price. Will will be coming to try in house for sure!

Ordered the Gyoza (6), Pork Steamed Bun (2), and Tonkotsu. Overall taste was off on everything. Protein on the buns were light, sauce for the gyoza was more sour than salty, the noodles were dull, broth flat, and like Dustin, no seaweed. The fact you used to get better for less in downtown St. Pete speaks volumes. Would unlikely order again to see if it was a fluke.
