The brisket chili i ordered had a half inch of grease on the top, incredibly unappetizing. It leaked all over the rest of our food. The ribs and burnt ends were great though.

Burnt ends were not very burnt and lacked flavor/seasoning. The banana pudding was way overpriced for the amount you receive. It lacked flavor, only two pieces of banana and no wafers. I'm from TX, so maybe I expected too much.

These people are trying to kill someone with how salty their food is. Its already pork, and they pack so much more sodium the meat and side dishes you cant even enjoy it. They give you plenty of food and it tastes fresh but I do not think I will be ordering again.Complimentary BBQ SaucePick 2 Meat Platter

Shredded pork: okay/Pulled chicken: weird taste/Ribs: a bit tough, very little meat
Sausage: basic keilbasa, no extra flavor/
Greens: big leafs, unchopped, tough/Mac and cheese: acceptable/Bbq baked beans: good
Cornbread:good / bbq sauces: good

The Sliced Brisket / LB here is delicious.The Collard Greensare made perfectly!They forgot my Bourbon Bread Pudding so I cant give a review on that. The macaroni and Monster Mac & Cheese is horrible! no cheese just watery sauce. The Brisket Grilled Cheese would have been better but it barely had any cheese on it.
