Past two times I ordered hand pan I've had the same issue. It's like they barely put any cheese and and just tossed in twice the sauce

the spicy jalapeño pineapple chicken came without jalapeños. Also, my food was delivered to my neighbors house. Other than that everything tasted good and was well portioned.
